Banana date shake
We make a lot of green shakes and smoothies, but sometimes you just want to indulge. This decadent shake hits the mark. I usually can only drink half , so it is great to share.
Yields: 500 ml
Ingredients
2 frozen bananas
1 ½ cups plant-based milk (I used almond milk)
¼ cup canned coconut milk – solids only
3 dates
¼ tsp cinnamon
Steps
Combine all the ingredients in a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth. Serve right away.
