Spicy aioli

Yields: ½ cup

Ingredients

½ cup vegan mayo - see recipe

½ tablespoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon Hungarian (hot) paprika

¼ to ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper

⅛ to ¼ teaspoon Himalayan or sea salt

Steps

Mix all the ingredients together. Start with ¼ teaspoon of cayenne and ⅛ teaspoon of salt. Taste – depending on your preference you may want to add the additional cayenne and salt. Store in a glass jar with a tight lid in the refrigerator. It can last a couple weeks.
