Harissa ketchup

Yields: ⅓ cup

Ingredients

3 tablespoons tomato paste

1 teaspoon harissa paste

1 teaspoon coconut sugar

2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar

½ teaspoon Worchester sauce

½ teaspoon Himalayan or sea salt

Steps

Combine all the ingredients – stir well.

Taste to adjust seasoning to your preference. A little extra sugar, salt or vinegar may be needed.

It can last in your fridge for 1 week.
