Lemon tahini dressing

Yields 1 cup

Ingredients

½ cup lemon juice – approx. 4 lemons 

¼ cup plus 2 tablespoons tahini

3 tablespoons of nutritional yeast

1 tablespoons olive oil

1 garlic clove minced

½ teaspoon Himalayan or sea salt

½ cup of purified water

Steps

Put all the ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Add water to get to the right consistency.

It will thicken in the fridge, just use water to thin it out.
