Avocado lime sauce

Avocado lime sauce

I use this sauce to finish my enchiladas, but it works well on tacos, nachos, burritos or as a dressing for salads or bowls.

Yields: 1 cup

Ingredients

2 avocados

¼ cup coconut cream (solids only)

½ cup lime juice

¼ teaspoon salt

⅛ teaspoon pepper

Water - optional

Steps

Blend all the ingredients together. Add a little water to get the consistency you like. Store it in an airtight glass container for 7 to 10 days.
