Orange cranberry sauce

Yields: 250 ml

Ingredients

3 cups fresh cranberries

½ cup orange juice

2 tablespoons maple syrup

⅛ teaspoon all-spice

½ teaspoon agar agar - optional

Garnish

½ teaspoon orange rind

Steps

Place cranberries, orange juice and maple syrup in a saucepan. Simmer until the berries split and soften. Add the all-spice . Cook until the sauce reaches desired thickness. Add agar agar if you like a thicker sauce.

Serve cooled with a garnish of orange rind.

It will last 4-5 days in the fridge.
